Whitefish Tours & Shuttles (WTS) is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, or disabling condition.
We are busy when we are busy (typically June, July, August, December, January, February), and we aren't busy when we aren't. This is part time work that may grow into something larger. We take our jobs seriously, while still having a great time. Our clients are people from all over the world, from CEO's of Fortune 500's, to retired couples, to families of every shape, color, size, and origin. One thing our clients have in common is that they expect a world class experience when on a WTS activity.
We are looking for people who:
1. Love the outdoors (and love talking about the outdoors)
2. Have a curiosity about others, and an openness to talk about yourself
3. Present yourself professionally (outdoorsy AND professionally)
4. Go out of your way to provide a World Class Experience (you'll hear this a lot if you work here)
5. Understand that Safety is not a priority as priorities can change- It is the constant in all we do.
PLEASE SEND US YOUR RESUME ONLY ONCE (per season). In your cover letter, tell us what you'd like to do. We run shuttles, sightseeing tours, walking tours, guide hiking, mountain biking, gravel biking, road biking, XC skiing, snowshoeing, fatbiking, and corporate charters. Tell us what you'd like to do as well as your availability. You may be awesome, amazing, and perfect, but if you aren't available for the entire summer season, or the entire winter season, we may not be right for each other.
We have a growth culture and are looking for people who can help us grow. Are you good with SEO? Graphic Design? Marketing? Tell us why we should hire you, and how you can contribute to our growth.
When should I apply? We post job openings as they happen. However, please feel free to submit your resume & cover letter at any time. Only once per season though.
***If you submit your resume, you agree to allow us to correspond with you and to conduct background / reference / credit checks as WTS deems necessary.
