PLEASE BE ADVISED - Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking. You may cancel your trip 7 days prior to your tour date and receive a full refund. If you cancel your tour/ shuttle/ activity for any reason within 7 days of the event, you forfeit the cost of the tour. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Cancellation policy is subject to change, and custom trip cancellation policies vary. We reserve the right to alter/ substitute elements/ locations of tours/ activities due to weather, road conditions, fires, safety hazards, etc. Whitefish Tours & Shuttle may use third party vendors/ independent contractors for transportation & activities.
