Shuttles into the Park

The Whitefish Shuttle is pleased to offer a shuttle from Whitefish, Kalispell, and Columbia Falls into Glacier National Park.  On the west side of the park, these areas include West Glacier Entrance to Lake McDonald Lodge and West Glacier Entrance to the Camas Entrance.

We can shuttle you to:

West Glacier

Apgar Village

Apgar Transportation Center

Lake McDonald Lodge

Trips are unscheduled.  We try and stick to an AM shuttle and a PM shuttle, and must be pre-arranged.  Once arranged, we can then promote the day and time and try to get additional riders to push your pricing down.  For example, you may book as a solo rider, but we then fill up your trip.  You will only be charged based on how many riders we have.  Pricing is round trip with an approximate 2.5 hour stay in the Park.  If we can't get additional riders, you can either cancel, or pay solo fare and still go.

Pricing:

Round Trip, Half-Day (approximately 3 hours in the park)
1:         $199
2-3:    $129 pp
4-14: $82 pp

Help fill your shuttle by calling in advance to arrange your preferred date and time. Once booked, Whitefish Shuttle will promote trips to get additional riders to help lower your cost.  If we can't get additional riders, you can either cancel, or pay solo fare and still go.

One Way

CALL US AT 406.212.0080.  Depending on availability, we can do a one way shuttle.  If we can get you on a pre-arranged AM or PM shuttle, the cost is the same as the round trip fare.  If you are requesting an early morning or late afternoon shuttle, please contact us to get your trip arranged so we can promote.  Once arranged, we can then promote the day and time and try to get additional riders to push your pricing down.  For example, you may book as a solo rider, but we then fill up your trip.  You will only be charged based on how many riders we have.

Prohibited Areas

We get asked all the time about a shuttle to Bowman Lake, Kintla Lake, and Logan Pass.  Fortunately (for the wildlife, and less traffic), there is no commercial traffic to those parts of the park.  The unfortunate part is that many people are having to rent cars and take up a parking space while out backpacking.   We respect the Park's rules, while doing everything we can to help you plan your trip.  Give us a call, or drop us a line to discuss what options are available.
